John Falloon  (B.Com (Ag), B. Com, FCA)

John graduated from Lincoln College with a B. Com (Ag) in 1974.  After spending a year with an agricultural advisory firm, John returned to university and completed a B. Com (Accounting).  In 1977 he started public practice accounting with a local Ashburton firm, before becoming a partner at B M Leighton & Co, which is now known today as Falloon & Co Ltd, where he is the Managing Director.  John is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, currently serving   as Chairman of the Professional Conduct Committee.  He and his wife Shirley have two adult children.


 

Aaron Allred  (B.Com CA)

Aaron has recently joined the firm after working in various accounting roles over the last 12 years with the last four working in public practice. He completed his degree at Canterbury University and first worked for EDS in Wellington.  He has travelled extensively before returning to the Ashburton district 4 years ago including 2 1/2 years in Ireland and 6 months in Egypt.  Aaron is married and has two young children who are attending Methven Primary School.  Aaron is a senior chartered accountant and as part of his role he completes accounts for clients and works with them to improve there business.  He is a passionate young man who is keen to help people with any and all issues.


 

Jane Pearce  (B.Com ACA)

Jane started at Falloon & Co Ltd in October 2006 and her  duties include coding and drafting of financial accounts and finalising of financial accounts.  Jane has completed a Batchelor of Business Studies and achieved her Associated Chartered Accountants qualifications.  Jane and her husband Richard have two daughters - Olivia and Lucy.  Jane is a parent representative of the Ashburton Baptist Early Learning Centre.


 

Tracey Keeley

Tracey commenced employment with Falloon & Grice in 1996 and rejoined Falloon & Co Ltd in August 2003 after gaining further experience for two years with another firm.  Tracey's current duties include coding, drafting and the finalising of financial accounts.  Tracey has completed her New Zealand Diploma of Business and has recently become a provisional member of the Accounting Technicians College.  Tracey and her husband, Stan, have two pre-school children, Samuel and Tayla.  Tracey is currently the Treasurer for the Ashburton District Farmers Market and is an active member of Longbeach Playcentre. 


 

Rosemary Adlam

After leaving school Rosemary started with the firm BM Leighton and has served the firm in various roles over a number of years.  Rosemary manages the client GST portfolios, dealing with clients, solicitors, farm advisiors, IRD etc ensuring the firms clients GST requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner.  Rosemary's role also encompasses farm secretarial services both in the office and on farm using both computerised cashbooks and manual based accounting systems.  Rosemary has served the Mid Canterbury Netball Centre for many years as a player, coach and on various committees and is currently the President of the Mid Canterbury Netball Centre.


 

Rebecca Hawkes

Rebecca started employment with Falloon & Grice in 1993 and has served many roles in this accounting practice.  Rebecca's present role is dealing with the many aspects of taxation including dealing directly with IRD and clients in matters relating to wages, ACC, taxation and Companies Office.  Rebecca and her husband Lance have two primary school aged children.  Rebecca is currently a Trustee of the Ashburton Baptist Early Learning Centre.



 

Tina Hayman

Tina has just recently joined the firm, having farmed for 12 years, so has a good knowledge of farm practices and what things do.  Tina's present role is assisting Rosemary ensuring the firms clients GST requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner.  Also currently learning other roles within the firm.  Tina and her husband Terry farm a small lifestyle block just out of Ashburton.  They  have three teenage children - Lance, Sarah and Kate.
